We're bringing together leaders and organizations across the city to strengthen civic engagement, support leadership, and expand opportunity through practical, coordinated efforts.
What began as a gathering of leaders has become a catalyst for action where it matters most.
Real Leaders Serve
Turning a Moment into a Movement
The Women’s History Month Brunch hosted by Equity Alliance of Michigan brought together women from across Detroit to connect, share space, and recognize the work already happening in our communities.
It was a chance to hear directly from leaders, reflect on what’s happening locally, and spend time in a room with people who are committed to doing the work in different ways. There was a strong sense of alignment, not just around shared values, but around the challenges and responsibilities that come with this moment.
Like many gatherings, it created energy. But more importantly, it created clarity.
