Scaling Our Programs and Facilities
The expansion plan focuses on transforming Equity Alliance of Michigan - located at 6602 the Walton Street - into a Resiliency Hub. This fully functional community and entrepreneurial hub will scale our support of workforce development, small business growth, and neighborhood revitalization.
This phase of the build-out will include interior renovations, technology upgrades, and the creation of multipurpose spaces designed for training, meetings, and community engagement.
The build-out will strengthen Equity Alliance’s capacity to deliver its core programs—such as the Entrepreneur Bootcamp, Future Focus Workforce Training, and housing and home repair initiatives—while expanding access to shared resources, co-working areas, and a licensed commercial kitchen to support food-based entrepreneurs.
This expansion will increase organizational impact by providing the infrastructure needed to scale programming, create local jobs, and serve as a centralized hub for business development and community advancement within the Midwest-Tireman neighborhood.
